The Miracle Litter is Here!

GT x Sweetie
Born June 18, 2014

You may ask why the name, "Miracle Litter?"  Two girls and one male were delievered via C-Section at the Greencastle Vet Clinic by John and Karen Helmers at 3:00 PM.  Not so unusual?  Well, to think that we had Sweetie bred surgically to only come up with no pups her last heat cycle says a lot.  That is usually the most guaranteed way to get the job done, but the Repro Vet, Dr. Hutcheson, thought her uterus was very thick and "old" feeling and was not surprised at her missing and did not give me a lot more hope for further conception.  I allowed her to breed to GT, just on the last hope of something happening, but truly not thinking we would have pups from our beautiful girl.  I so wanted a pup from her.  Well, we started noticing that she was getting plumper, but still did not want to think about her possibly being pregnant.  Lo and behold, she was, and we did some serious scurrying to get progesterones, temps and the whelping box ready.  We are so excited to have our little MIRACLES WITH US TODAY!

Welcome Lily, Jade and Moose!
